In today's world, it is crucial to establish communication channels between people, organizations, business structures, and government agencies to achieve success. Collaborating with others is essential in developing joint projects, expanding knowledge boundaries, and providing opportunities to learn from diverse sources. UNESCO Chair in Journalism and Communication of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University provides an excellent opportunity to connect with people from various backgrounds and interests.
Effective communication is an essential requirement for success in today's world. Soft skills, small talk, and other forms of communication are gradually becoming part of our everyday lives. The ability to speak effectively, converse in any company, and negotiate successfully are important skills that can be mastered with practice. The process of improving communication skills begins with an assessment of the individual's existing skills and knowledge. Trainees conduct self-analysis based on practical case studies to monitor their progress and improve their abilities. The training program is developed based on the experience of world experts in public speaking and presentations. It aims to help individuals learn communication skills for speaking clearly, briefly, and confidently. Our seminars and training sessions provide answers to questions such as how to speak confidently and sincerely at meetings, speeches, and presentations, both in person and virtually. We teach individuals how to conduct meetings, attend conferences, or moderate panel sessions. Our programs also help participants learn how to build trust with the audience and answer questions confidently in front of them.
