IPMA certification is an international confirmation of your experience in project/program/project and program portfolio management.
We offer the course "Project Management According to IPMA Standards and Preparation for Certification," which provides a systematic understanding of project management tasks. It is based on IPMA requirements for the competence of professionals in project, program, and portfolio management.
The purpose of the training:
- master the essential tools and methods of project management;
- get acquainted with the structure and content of three areas of competence: "people," "practice" and "context";
- Prepare to pass the certification exam successfully according to the IPMA standard.
During the course, practical tasks will be completed, cases will be considered, and trial tests will be conducted with a discussion of the results in agreement with the students. The international certification system IPMA includes the following certification levels:
 Level D (Certified Project Manager). Level D is the starting level of IPMA, designed for beginners.
 Level C (Certified Project Manager). Level C is designed for people with 3-5 years of experience and is comparable to most certification schemes used internationally.
 Level B (Certified Project/Program/Portfolio Manager)
 Level A (Certified Project/Program/Portfolio Director). Level B and Level A are levels for very experienced and competent project, program and portfolio managers.
