College Counseling
Preparing for admission to world's best universities
College Counselling Program
This is a unique program for long-term or short-term preparation of students for admission to the University of the United States and other countries. It allo ws you to open the best prospects for the student's future.
The program provides all candidates with academic, career, college/university access, leadership, and social and emotional competencies.
Preparation begins three years before or two years after graduation (or 7-8 months) and allows you to plan all steps and carefully prepare for admission. This gives confidence to the student and his parents and helps avoid stress before the last year at school/university.
College counselling considers all aspects of training and helps plan every step of the student in the right direction.
This program includes personal consultations, master classes, recommendations and tips. All details are provided, from identifying interests and strengths to increasing academic training.
This program applies a holistic approach, i.e., the student is comprehensively prepared for foreign academic life.
How does that work?
Based on personal consultation, the diagnosis of talents and academic knowledge of the student;
Research work is carried out on universities/summer schools, and their list is compiled with the student (best fit);
An individual income strategy is developed;
Assistance in drafting all necessary documents (essays, letters of recommendation, etc.)
Navigation of school/university processes to receive references from teachers and send official transcripts to universities;
Assistance in obtaining a local scholarship and financial aid;
Filling and sending the application;
Assistance in enrolling after receiving the offer;
Visa support; Provision of other services at the request of the student.
The program also includes presenting a master class for a large audience for essay writing.
College counselling is a mandatory structure of any school/college/university in the United States and is an integral part of the US education system.
Some countries in the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Pacific do not have formal school counselling programmes. They use teachers or psychologists for consultations, with an emphasis on developing the student's academic potential and future career.
Countries differ in how they provide College counselling programs and services depending on funding, social capital (private/public), and College Counselors' certification and licensing. School counselling is currently available in 62 countries[1].
In the United States, a College Counselor is a certified teacher with a master's degree in school counselling (usually a Counselor Education alumni program) with school counselling training for graduates, including qualifications and skills for academic decision-making, career, college enrollment and personal/social needs. After receiving a master's degree, you can choose one of the certification options to obtain a full license from a professional school counsellor. (Source: US College Council).
